Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is a flat rate of $9 on all orders under $50. Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 5-7 days for brewing, packaging, and shipping. Most premium soy candles are made to order. If you need a rush order, please contact the shop.
If a candle or other product is damaged in shipping transit, please take a photo of the damaged product and email it to wickedstreetcandleco@gmail.com. We will replace any damaged candle at no additional charge.
During the months of June-August, shipping will be on Mondays only to avoid excessive heat to the candles. We are shipping from Arizona and soy wax has a lower melting point than most candles. Wicked Street is NOT responsible for refunds or replacements on candles if they melt in transit.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the fragrance you purchased, you may return the UNLIT candle for an exchange. Wicked Street Candle Co is NOT responsible for return shipping. If the candle has been lit, then there are no refunds or exchanges.
If the candle is faulty due to tunneling or wick issues, Wicked Street will issue a partial refund once pictures have been submitted. No exchanges.
Frosting
Organic soy wax is a wonderful alternative, however; they do frost. Frosting is a natural, normal thing that occurs with soy wax but has no effect on the candle and/or fragrance. Please be aware that during winter months, frosting happens more frequently. There are no returns or exchanges for candles that have frost.
